By booking or using the services of The Room Is Yours™, you ("Guest" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, including minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Room Is Yours™ reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

The Room Is Yours™ is not liable for any personal injury, physical harm, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during or as a result of the booked experience. Guests participate at their own risk.

Clients booking on behalf of a group assume full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all guests in their party, including minors.

All guests are expected to treat the space, equipment, and fellow guests with respect. The Room Is Yours™ is a safe, inclusive environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Vandalism, tampering with, or damaging any equipment or property
• Aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests
• Use of illegal substances on or near the premises
• Unauthorized removal of any equipment or materials
• Harassment, discrimination, or conduct that creates an unsafe environment

The Room Is Yours™ reserves the right to immediately remove any guest who violates these guidelines without refund.

Exceptions may be made for sealed water bottles at the sole discretion of The Room Is Yours™ staff. Any exceptions must be approved prior to boarding.

For the safety and security of all guests and staff, the premises of The Room Is Yours™ may be monitored by video surveillance cameras at all times. By entering the vehicle, guests consent to being recorded.

• Surveillance footage is used solely for security and safety purposes
• Footage will not be shared publicly without explicit written consent
• Guests wishing to record personal content must notify staff in advance
• Recording of other guests without their consent is strictly prohibited

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. By booking an experience that includes minors, the booking party confirms they have the authority and consent to do so.

The Room Is Yours™ is not responsible for supervising minors. A responsible adult must remain present and accessible during the experience.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Room Is Yours™. A deposit may be required to secure your date.

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event date may be eligible for a full or partial refund
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable
• The Room Is Yours™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control
• In the event of a cancellation by The Room Is Yours™, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered

The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle, equipment, or any property belonging to The Room Is Yours™ during the booked experience.
